We’ve covered the first three phases of our writing project, which are:

  1. Initializing
  2. Planning
  3. Executing

The fourth and final phase is the Completion phase. The Completion phase consists of the following steps:

  • Final Review
  • Accomplishments
  • Challenges
  • Future Opportunities

Suffice it to say, that without more note taking and analysis into each of these areas the author is bound to repeat history (not necessarily in a good way). We don’t want to repeat history we want to make our next writing project better than the one that came before.

Exercise: Finish editing your writing project and applying your edits to a 2nd or 3rd draft. If it takes six drafts, then that is what it takes, the point is to get the work done.

Writing prompt #0020

Each of us has had different experiences and / or come to our beliefs through a different journey than someone else. Whatever the words “church” or “religion” conjure in your mind, write about that.
